Role flexibility
I work just as effectively as sole lead of a project or programme as I do as part of a leadership team where someone else carries overall responsibility. Formal hierarchy or being in charge isn't what drives me here — I'm just as happy working in the second row under a main project lead when that's what best serves the task. Team size or budget are not what drives my decision to take on a mandate — I look at the relevance and solvability of the task, and I stay deliberately open to scopes that shift, expand or move during an engagement.

Remote preferred where that serves steering and project outcomes; hybrid and 100% onsite possible across Germany, Europe and internationally. Long-term international assignments and onsite phases of several months are explicitly welcome, provided standard market travel and expense arrangements are in place that allow for regular trips home. Based in the Rhine-Main area, just 10 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, with direct international access.
